Jean Lofts

In the past my paintings have incorporated elements of my dreams in which I have sometimes found solutions to problems. In a recent dream I had written a statement for this web site. In this dream I searched for pen and ink and completed a wonderful explanation for my existence. Unfortunately when I awoke the pen and the explanation were nowhere to be found.

I can say that now, after a period of constructing art from found objects, I have once more returned to dreaming about painting.
